Its founder & director, Vaughan Campbell, decided to explore the possibility of building a site for this generation to have its own platform, to interact and share opinions, learn or educate, make friends and develop lasting relationships with people of their own generation. By communicating with people who understand how the world operates for them, through their own personal experiences with the social and political conditions of everyday life, this community, that is GENYCHAT.com can command a better respect and a broader understanding from the world at large.

GENYCHAT.com will continue to develop and grow though its interaction with its members. It is determined to listen and allow those within its exclusive parameters the ability to be involved in the ongoing development of the site through their respected feedback and suggestions as to what they would like as a feature or category. Provided that those suggestion are legal, ethical, morally correct and don’t negatively adhere in any way, shape or form to violent, anti-social, illegal activities, GENYCHAT.com will put ideas to the membership for consideration, always respecting the security and privacy of the individual.

GENYCHAT.com acknowledges that people of all ages want and need to be included in the site and its features and applications. The inclusion can only be positivein respect to to understanding and communication. People over the age of 13 years, at the time of joining, are welcome. The feature that is, MY WORLD, is a exclusive chatroom feature for those members belonging to the demographic know as GENERATION Y and who are born between the years 1977 and 1997.
